I'm Ralph Hall, and I've spent more than 20 years working in the collections and accounts receivable industry - across operations, technology, and leadership. I've been in the room for platform evaluations, data migrations, system go-lives, and all the things that go wrong with them.

GVH Consulting exists because most small and mid-sized AR organizations don't need a full-time technology executive - but they do need someone who knows the space and can help them navigate decisions that have real consequences. That's where I come in.

My engagements are flexible by design. Some clients need a few hours of advisory when they're facing a big decision. Others bring me on for an extended project. Either way, you get direct access to me - not a junior consultant.
